Can your systems recycle all types of plastic?
Yes, our advanced American Recycling Manufacturing Systems can process various plastics. For optimal results and to prevent cross-contamination, we recommend using plastics with an identifiable triangle number code.
How do your systems handle complex non-thermoplastic waste?
For problematic plastic waste like non-thermoplastics, we grind and melt the material. This processed material is then innovatively used as a filler and fiber in our green lumber and other green building products, which all our system sizes are designed to produce.
Is melting plastic safe? Does it release harmful chemicals?
While heating some plastics beyond their melting point can be risky, especially non-thermoplastics (which we grind for filler), safety is paramount. Our systems are equipped with a patented vacuum and air filter to effectively capture and manage any accidental air pollutants.
